Option to define only a single beam in the Beam Layout

Currently OBM requires atleast two beams in the beam layout. Users working on bridge expansion projects, or with rail bridges have requested allowing bridges with a single beam.

Update string name when changing feature definition

When applying a FD to an element it would be great if when you change the FD the FD name updates to the new FD default. e.g. Apply a shoulder FD (FD name - "ES") and then change to E1 LNMK (FD name - "LE") - the ES string name wont update to LE.
