Allow a left and right max search range for Horizontal Feature Constraint as separate input boxes. Currently, if set to "0'", the search range is unlimited and items on the left side may find a matching feature definition intended for the right side if unique L and R side feature definitions are not included in client workspace. If the search range is set to a value ( +/- for R/L), the feature can only be constrained in 1 direction. This would be useful for shoulder tapers that need to narrow or sliding crown/lane lines/etc as a few examples.

This would also be helpful in our case, modeling river channels, where river bends allow a template end condition to search beyond the corridor limits and find similar elements further away from the desired working area.
