This would allow for users to include the backfill volume and obtain one set of cut/fill volumes. The current process requires the user to manually add the backfill volume.

One example of this is in the case of a retaining wall and the fill that is applied above the retaining wall footing. This volume currently has to be modeled by a component because the cut volume extends vertically from the bottom of the footing.
