Please add a config variable that allows us to point to the folder where the superelevation rules files reside but without specifying a specific superelevation rules file. This will be helpful when a project has multiple rules file to choose from and we want the designer to manually pick the one that's needed.

Would be nice if it worked similiar to dgn seed files. While a seed file can be explicitly selected, it's also possible to leave the seed blank and simply point to the folder where the seed files reside.
