Allow skewed abutment caps and backwalls to have breakbacks similar to deck breakbacks. Also create an end diaphragm tool that matches the abutment cap geometry for integral Abutments. Some DOT's do things different than Virgina and have two different types of concrete. A superstructure concrete for the end diaphragm and a substructure concrete for the pile caps.
