Controlled braking force

Currently, in the LL auto-generation window the braking load case is auto-computed if clicked upon with the braking load being generated based on a tributary area approach where it considers the two adjacent spans. However, a more accurate approach would be based on the braking force being generated based on the bridge unit length for a given pier/abutment. Instead of separately generating the BR load in the BR load window the contributing length and number of lanes loaded should be included in the LL auto-generation window.

Currently, the program offers the option of generating the BR load together with the live load cases, rather than generating them separately. The generated BR load automatically considers the corresponding combinations of the load lanes. Please let us know if this is what you are looking for.
