RIght of Way take tables are required with named points. The normal workflow is to create points then origin point persist snap those elements creating the shape of the deed boundary to the points. In this way the legal reports show the point names as expected. Deed Boundary should either generate these geometry points on the fly or have an option to apply geometry points and rule them appropriately for the right of way take table.
