Sometimes (especially when upgrading a file from a previous release to a later release) the ability to update drainage fields is lost or restricted to one area. It will be "greyed out" and unavailable for editing in the utilities properties window but available in the regular properties window. This can be confusing when User's were previously able to edit in either without issue (Example: Road cross slope %).
