Currently, when adding element annotations to profiles, the prompt offers two options:

• Annotate all models

• Annotate only the active model

This creates a challenge when a file contains multiple vertical alignments:

• Choosing all models applies annotation data incorrectly to unrelated alignments.

• Choosing single model requires repetitive steps for each profile, which is time-consuming.

I would suggest a pop-up dialog with checkboxes listing all available profile models. Users can then select specific models to annotate in one go. This approach would Prevent incorrect annotation on unrelated alignments as well as Significantly reduce repetitive manual work and Improve efficiency for projects with multiple vertical alignments.
