    You can activate a StormCAD Unlimited licence to achieve this. The icon to do this is on the Tools ribbon of the Drainage and Utilities workflow. Alternatively, if you have access to a CivilStorm or SewerGEMS licence then you can activate either of these. They both work on the number of active links - not the number of active inlets.
