Issues with Drainage Prompt to compress database

The prompt for compressing the drainage database needs some work:

  1. It really should be removed. Salvaging anything marked for deletion but not compressed isn't really feasible in OpenRoads environment.

  2. Do not prompt me twice. It should be assumed that if I want to compress the drainage data that I also want to compress the utility data.

  3. The prompt pops under the OpenRoads file open status dialog. You really should not put every dog gone prompt in the center of the screen.

    Thanks for the feedback.

The prompts to compact the drainage and utilities databases can be disabled, using the "Compact database after" checkbox in the Tools > Options > Drainage, and Tools > Options > Utilities dialogs, as shown in the attached picture.
