A command that would allow a broken Civil Label or profile annotation text to be reassociated to an element so that we don’t have to redo the label if it breaks. This would also be handy outside of text, could be useful to be able to reassociate smart elements, like a curves and fillets when drawing with Horizontal Geometry tools.
