Support spaces for bearing input in geometry tools

The geometry tools should allow for spaces between degrees minutes and seconds (N78 34 22E). This format is supported in the Geometry Builder but not the other geometry tools and the inconsistence is frustrating. Currently you have to enter either N78^34'22"E or N78:34:22E in the geometry tools.
