Ability to annotate models over a station range

Currently, the only way to update Annotation is to update ALL or one drawing model at a time. It would be very helpful to be able to select a station range to remove and then update in one action.

Use Analyze Point Tool in Sheet/Drawing Models

We need to be able to track alignment data to check sheet annotation. Would be very helpful to have an easy way to do this in sheets. Since an alignment or terrain would still need to be selected, the sheet scale shouldn't matter. This would work ...

Send to Back

Add a “Send to Back” feature for vector linework (what order you see and print levels in). Currently there is a "Bring to Front" option. AUTOCAD has this feature and I think it would be very helpful to not only me. Thank you.

Vertically Aligned Collision Free Cross Section Frame Annotation when Using Horizontal Text

Using OpenRail 2024 Vertical Frame Text significantly increases the height of Cross Sections, THUS causing more sheets. Would like the capability to have Horizontal Text in a frame, one row for Offset, one for Elevation. While this can be done, wh...

Ability to append, join, or combine individual alignments and have it hold the sub alignment stationing, which would create station equations

In Geopak, we had the ability to take individual alignments and create an overall alignment from a subset of alignments and it would hold the individual stationing for each alignment, creating station equations. There is no way to do this in ORD u...

View station range overlap in corridors objects

in InRoads ss2 the interface would display the point control and parametric constraints with red or blue of there stationing used to control a point overlapped another entry or extended beyond the limit of the alignment. This was a helpful visual ...

Text favorite to honor math expressions

What I envision, would be the ability to define Math within a Text Favorite. So, let us say that "[[" would define the start of math in a text favorite. A text favorite could be created in that the value displayed, is math from element properties....

Live Element Annotation in Drawing Models via Annotation Groups

There can be a lot of instances on a project where a detail in a section is not practical to model 3D, and the user feels compelled draw the element live in the drawing model. It would be great to capture live elements with annotation groups, as t...

surface templates apply depth vertically, in many cases it is desired a true depth that is perpendicular to the terrain.

Add a tool (or an option to the existing place point tool) to compute the traverse using a deflection angle instead of an absolute angle.

The existing Locate Point tool using the Traverse and Radial methods functionally does something similar, but must have 180 degrees added manually to the deflection angles to get the absolute angle.
