LIFT vrs slew report

Hi would be very helpful to get a lift vrs Slew report at set chainages along an alignment. This would help the designer see if they are designing enough lift in the track to achieve the slews, without going to the drawing production stage

When using the Set Feature Definition tool on non-civil geometry, have it include Item Types attached to Feature Definition.

Currently, when using the Set Feature Definition tool to assign a Feature Definition to a non-civil element (ie a dumb MSCE line) it does not include the Item Types that are attached to the Feature Definition.
