    Add a Reference File Selection Capability in the Profile Model Create 3D Cut Tool

    In the Create 3D Cut tool, it would be nice to be able to select which reference file(s) the user would like to use when creating 3D cuts in the profile model. This capability would keep ORD from 3D cutting all attached reference files.

    Deed Writer Tool Enhancement to Allow User to Widen Columns in Right of Way Dialog Box

    Do not upgrade reference files with Civil File Manager
