There are several uses for this options, Drainage Structure plan view points, Survey points, as well as profile points.

Deed Writer should be able to handle calculated inserts in the phrase option inserts.

This would allow for the phrase option inserts to use calculated values. Currently some phrases that we want to create as a phrase option have calculated values, but some do not.
