We use reports generated in the Civil Reports Browser to export reports that go to contractors in the field. We often run into issues with the formatting of the report not being set correctly.

This problem is compounded by the fact that formatting options for the reports are part of our user preferences. Because of this, formatting cannot be standardized. It can only be changed per user.

It would be better if we could set each report to be formatted a certain way at the workspace level, and then give the user the option to override the workspace format settings. This way, each user starts by looking at the same report every time. This formatting could also then be different for different reports, so it wouldn't need to be changed except for a specific purpose.
