Drainage Structure Analyzer

Please include a tool similar to the Drainage Structure Analyzer from Inroads Storm and Sanitary. This tool is very useful for quick sizing without having to set up a model, especially with culverts and channels.

Add ability to set default Engineering Libraries for all users
