Need ability to define variable wall thickness on conduits

For box shaped conduits, we need to be able to define top, bottom and side wall thicknesses independently. This allows modeling of box shapes which correspond to physical construction.

    We have the same issue here in Oklahoma. The variance is only an inch or so, but the conduit sections are incorrect based upon the ODOT standard drawings.
