Many times a calculated Time of Concentration is less than the minimum used for Intensity. When this occurs in a system of drainage areas (catchments), it helps a designer AND a reviewer to see what the actual Time of Concentration is at a given point, as well as the assumed intensity if it falls below the minimum Tc. This is especially helpful in systems with storm sewers that start with a short Tc (say 30 seconds), or a series of ditches and pipes (say, inlet pipes). Would be nice to be able to include actual Tc and the Tc used for the assumed intensity on a flex table as well.
