Calculation column in drainage and utilities flex table.

A formula could be made using existing columns to calculate a value that is atypical or not an option otherwise. I need a pipe full flow velocity check for a design. I can use excel to calculate using full flow capacity and full flow area but if t...

Need a Text Favorite for Arc Chord Bearing

IDOT's Right-of-Way annotation requires the Chord Bearing as part of the annotation. When setting up annotations for the Civil Labeler, we found that an option for the chord bearing is currently not available as a Text Favorite when selecting Civi...

Profile from Top Mesh

We have the ability to create multiple profiles from multiple surfaces at the same time, but there are occasions where I only need to define a single profile line based on multiple surfaces. It would be handy if there was an option to create a pro...

Export multiple terrain models as a single XML file

We deliver terrain models for top/bottom surfaces of a roadway. Due to gaps in project data we often have multiple top surfaces and multiple bottom surfaces. It would be nice to export all surfaces as a single XML file similar to alignments.

Create a rule to set drainage node to (active terrain) when setting elevation reference

Presently when setting reference elevation for the node it lets you set it to the active terrain but does not rule it to the (active terrain). If this were done the inlet tops would automatically adjust as the design terrain changes.

DU: add drop calculation to node invert depending on lowest conduit wall thickness

Some times, most common with concrete conduits, the node invert needs to have a drop in reference to the lowest pipe to acomodate its wall. This would later be filled to match. For construction and BIM purpose, this difference is important. Special...

Add profiles from different horizontals to a rollplot sheet

Would like an easier way to add multiple profiles to a single sheet that belong to different horizontal alignments. Specifically we're looking for a way to quickly place all the drainage profiles (which below to different horizontal alignments) on...

Clip Conduits (pipes) at inside edge of Drainage Structures and Report "True" Horizontal Lengths and Vertical Lengths in the Properties

This is more than useful; this is absolutely required. When laying out Drainage Networks, pipes need to be trimmed at the inside edge of the structures, and the "True" pipe lengths (horizontal & vertical) need to be provided in the properties....

Reverse complex geometry into elements

currently creating complex geometry is irreversible and extremely difficult to edit. neither on-screen nor table edit work well to modify complex geometry, especially removal of PI with curve sets. Also, delete element from complex is not unattain...
