Once a drainage dgn has lost the association with the drainage database, because of the dgn file being freed in ProjectWise, there is no means to restore the content. Create a tool to allow the user to manually resolve the conflicting data and reassociate the database to the dgn. Make the database visible to the end user.

As far as I know, losing the association between the drainage database and the DGN file is no longer and issue in current versions of OpenRoads and ProjectWise. We have not been able to reproduce this issue using the 2024 releases of these products. What versions of these products are you using?
