We need the ability to adjust the Template Drop "Interval" when using the "Apply Linear Template" Tool. Currently this option is only available for Templates which are attached to Corridors, but we need to also have it available for the "Apply Linear Template" Tool. This would be especially useful when applying Linear Templates to regular 3D Smart Lines which don't have vertices based on stroking.
