We recently used ORD to import 200 plus drainage structures from inroads to ORD. It brought in the nodes, but the rotation was off. We had to manually rotate the node to the correct angle. Also, the 2-D and 3-D rotation did not match until the node was rotated. Furthermore, anytime we moved a node (after it has been rotated) it would rotate 180 degrees and we would have to rotate the node to the proper angle again. I tried several ways to rotate the node by 180 degrees through text in the angle text box, but it didn't work. The only way I could get it to rotate properly was to drag the arrows and rotate it manually. Can this rotation issue be fixed in the future?
