Having to click 'Is Culvert' is just one more placve an error can take place in design. Creating spearate design windows for each of these elements will minimize this potential, and will make it easier for reviews as well.

Having to click 'Is Culvert?' allows opportunity for error if not properly entered. Separating these into separate interfaces would not only minimize this error, but would make reviewing these files easier as well.
