When creating Plan and Profiles from Right to Left, the Plan and Profile models that are created and automatically referenced to the Sheet model have to be manually flipped/rotated to display correctly.

Currently, the DGNLIB that creates the Sheets does not properly allow the references to be "flipped" or "rotated" within the DGNLIB and thus automating the process during sheet creation.

The Sheet Creation DGNLIB should allow the References created within the Sheet DGNLIB to be modified, and this modification properly applied when the DGNLIB is used for creating Sheets.

This would help solve major issues for most Rail Users in the US.
