The project is done without any geocoordinates and there is need to shift the overall project datum. currently the option to shift the model vertical elevation/ datum is not available.

For Example, the original model done is at el. 16'...but need to change all models moved to 100'.

In order to shift the model transform tool can be used but it required to open individual file and shift individual elements.

We can assign the geo coordinate later on and apply Helmerts transform with delta z however it shifts the model relatively, for example if the alignment profile was drawn at 16' elevation even after applying the Helmerts Transform the elevation will still be at 16' and not 100', where as the requirement is to shift it to 100'.
