While the rules-based annotation is nice, it also introduces some concerns. Some of our designers are frustrated because they don't know if an element (and thus it's child annotation) has been changed AFTER the annotation has been reviewed.
Would it be helpful to provide a tool that reviewers can use to select annotation to indicate that it has been reviewed and is accurate. For example, maybe there's a little green check mark. But more importantly it could take a "snapshot" of the annotation at the time of review to be used to help identify annotation that is subsequently changed. Perhaps such changed annotation could change to show a red question mark so that reviewers would know to check these annotations again. Trying to find a way that our reviewers can have more confidence that previously reviewed items are still at the location they were when initially reviewed.
