Civil Labeler - Use cell for Border Frame

We would like an option to use a cell instead of the provided "Civil Shapes" for a border. Reasons for this need:

  • Current shapes are not able to be seen by users not using Civil Product

  • We may have a shape with ore complexity needed.

  • Current shapes change in size based on contents...we don't want this behavior.

If this is considered, then there would also need to be some tweaks to the extension/leader locations.

  • Leaders would only be allowed to be Left/Right or Top/Bottom since the cell shape would not be recognized for corners and such.

  • Extension length would need to be placed based on Design Model units and not based on how it currently is, the text height.

  • Leaders/Extension placement would not be based on Offset, but rather a V_Offset and H_Offset from the insertion point (not edge of textbox) and based on Design Model units, not based on the text height.

It would also be helpful to use pre-defined cells as the label and Civil Labeler adds the leader line and the leader automatically changes sides on the cell based on where the cell is placed with respect to the leader terminator location.
