Currently in OpenRail, one cannot edit profile annotations. In profile, one can only select an annotation group, but after all the annotations are placed, they are fixed and cannot be moved, scaled or rotated. In contrast, this is possible when one works with horizontal geometry. This will increase flexibility when one wants to annotate and quickly adjust the annotations.
