Ideally we would like the matchlines to always match the center point of the clip boundary or where it intersects the plan element used to create the sheets. We modify the named boundary clip shapes by adding vertices to go around and encompass a station value (annotation) which falls where two sheets meet. This inherently moves the matchlines on both sides of the sheet, but we need to matchline to match up and still be at the same station.
