a Migration Tool for 10-10 to 10-11 workspaces.(or any time a new workspace category is created ie. 10-10, 10-11, 10-12...) Something that can find and copy the modifications made to the 10-10 workspace to suit our particular standards (cells, dgnlibs, sheet borders, sheet seeds, etc). into the new 10-11 workspace. This would allow us to take advantage of new features, fixes, improvements in the new workspace, and retain (bring forward) all of the customizations made to the previous workspace. At this time it seems that this process is not well documented, is very time consuming and has to be repeated whenever a new version is released.

For your configuration, make sure you don't edit the Org-Civil standards provided by your client. You can side-load standards from the company AND your client. If you make edits, it's recommended you document them and/or make them in a supplemental WorkSpace that is side loaded with your client standards.
