It would be very helpful if we could reflect a template while assigning it to a template drop. Templates currently can only be placed in the direction they were created, from template origin "out". This requires a duplication of templates, as separate templates are required for the left or right side of the baseline. This could be simplified if we had an option to "reflect" a template assignment.
I often have the need for a number of different conditions outside of the edge of pavement. This is relatively easily handled by using the edge of pavement as the baseline of a corridor made of all my various side condition templates. Instead of one template Curb/slopes to the Right and another template for Curb/slopes to the Left, it would be nice to be able to simply maintain a template for Curb that could be applied to the left or the right of the corridor baseline.
Linear template allow for "reflection", or the choice of which side of the baseline to be placed. I would like that sort of an option for regular template drops as well.

Please consider reflecting the template in the Template Editor. There's also End Condition Overrides to help manage complex End Conditions. Point names and component names are continuous in a single Corridor.
