Ruling point import by name would add some powerful automation to the software.

If a user could import a Point via ASCII and have any existing Points with the same name update (while maintaining the same object) this would allow things like posts and objects with Point Feature Definitions to be moved by a user simply editing a text file and re-importing.

This would make road furniture modeling much much easier and dynamic. It may also allow users some creative workflows with geometry where they may rule their geometry to certain points and have the geometry move dynamically in bulk after updating a ASCII file and importing with matching point names.

Perhaps a dialog option could be added to deal with existing point names, like "Update existing Points if Point Name already exists"
