Though the flexibility of OBM objects is inherently related to keeping the objects separated, there is a need for plans production and construction evaluation to allow users to create custom "wrapped" OBM elements, while analytically, OBM elements could still act independently.

The idea would be that users could select any number of OBM & custom objects (i.e. deck, haunch, smart-solid integral diaphragms, etc.) and have OBM turn them into a merged object. This object would represent the full extent of a concrete pour and would help smooth out some of the visuals of the OBM model and ease the headaches with plan production section cuts.

This functionality already partially exists with the way the OBM_Piers level works. The hope would be that a custom OBM_ConcPour* level could be auto-created and used to house the combined 3D solid, while OBM_Deck, OBM_Haunch, etc. could still be used to toggle portions of the combined object on/off as needed.
