Ability have the label side change like I have working with a Curve refer snapshot 1 & 2.

Also, There is no option for aligning PI Annotation that bisects the two lines.

You can only choose Perpendicular lining up with Before or Ahead.

The green line is how we want it aligned as show in snapshot 3.
