Currently the snapping point and elevation reference is based on the cell origin. However, it would be helpful to allow for snapping and elevation control at both the beginning and end of the 3D cell. Example: 3D Guardrail End Treatments and Transitions. These point features should be able to reference the terrain model or profiled element at both ends. Also when placing transitions it would be helpful to allow snapping on both ends of the point feature.
