I need to place a Pier Diaphragm that does not encompass the beams inside the concrete diaphragm. TDOT requires 18" between the beam ends at the piers.
The Diaphragm is placed between the beam ends and then skewed between the beams transversely,
creating a zig-zag shape of diaphragm. The way they construct these results in the diaphragms being at a different skew angle than the pier itself.
User wants to create individual diaphragms between each beam at the pier, but can't seem to get them to be at the correct station over the pier.
