With the understanding that the "Label Organizer" tool is still a tech preview, I'd like to suggest that the tool be enhanced to allow it to work with any Shape/View Port rather than be limited to use with Named Boundary only. In addition, it would be best if it worked with all Microstation Text/Labels/Notes etc. rather than limited to only Civil Feature labels.
