In the substructure reinforcement maybe need to be modeled in separate groups (using irregular dispatch, single rebar distribution etc.) to avoid obstructions like plies or girders that are cast into the concrete abutments/wingwalls. This may necessitate breaking a single group of rebar into separate groups. When detailing the rebar, the program will automatically add callouts to each separate group and can't treat them as a single set. Adding an option to group the rebar together and apply dimension/callouts as if the separate groups are really one set or rebar.
