The place label tool already has this functionality but once you place the label it's fixed and can't be adjusted. Please add the cell functionality to the place note tool to create labels for signs. Would be extremely useful. Also the place label tool is redundant when you have place note and civil labeler and it's broken since you can't adjust the labels once you place it. Same functionality could be added to civil labeler but I think it would work better for place note.
