It is hit and miss if Civil File Manager can upgrade files containing SS4/10 data. Civil File Manager also cannot remove SS4/10 Civil data. There are still projects on the shelf that were begun in SS10 that now need to be upgraded, or projects designed years ago in SS4 that are now being reconstructed or repaired (requiring the use of the older files as "as builts").

Civil File Manager should be able to either upgrade or remove SS4 civil data reliably to allow use of older files when necessary.
