Named Boundary Creation - Option to Not Use Saved Views!

When creating named boundaries of any time, a saved view is created for each named boundary. The creation of a saved view is a method that is supposed to control the look and feel of the drawing/sheet, but it is over-complicated, poorly understood, and overly-complex.

The use of Saved Views also don't always work as intended, even when using "Settings by Design File" which negates the benefits of saved views, yet it is by far the most common default setting in DOT workspaces.

I propose: modify the named boundary creation dialogue to include a check box to indicate "do not use saved views". When checked, the named boundary workflow will use a traditional method of just using the named boundary as a clipping shape which is referenced directly (without a saved view) into the drawing model.
