Change Display based on Either Properties, Display Styles, or Level Overrides
When Switching between state of a Structure Existing and Proposed, Removed, Etc. we need a way to keep the same Feature we should be able to Either Map to a property to choose the Level to Display or be able to overwrite the Level Via Display Style.
We are doing some work to extend support for Display Rules, so that they can override the symbology of a node or link when changing its Operational Status.
