The current version of LBC we're using references the Manual for Bridge Evaluation, 2nd Edition as the basis for bridge rating. I'm wondering if there are plans to update this to reference the 3rd Edition instead. If such an update is planned, could you provide an estimated timeline for when it will be implemented?
