At present, when selecting a feature definition for a profile run, it only affects the construction element created immediately after defining the profile run. It would make sense to have a setting where the feature definition of the profile run overrides the symbology of drainage nodes and links when projecting the profile run to an alignment. This would allow designers to define separate LT and RT offset profile run feature definitions and element templates to control the levels that the profile run draws into the profile view.
