Provide an option to quickly apply combined horizontal and vertical constraints to geometry elements. Where geometry lines (breaklines) intersect, they need to share a common elevation. The current process requires creating profile intersection points, opening profiles for each geometry line, and connecting the profiles to the intersection points with snap rules enabled. Display intersecting points in plan view, and provide the ability to edit the shared node elevation parameter in plan view via the civil manipulators.
