For the OpenCivil products, it would be nice to have the civil preferences folders that are located under C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner\<version>\prefs (both the civil and civil_commands folders) use the built in MS Platform variable for _USTN_HOMEPREFS. This would allow for the redirection of these preferences to the same location as the MS Platform user preferences giving a centralized, and easy to find location for this content.

Currently these folders are hidden from users without the knowledge to locate and access hidden files and folders and in a world where multiple UPFs might be in use, all preferences are stuck using these same civil preferences regardless of user. It also means that should these need to be removed, they may be difficult to locate.
