We have several annotations that require a combination of cell and civil element data. I've attached 2 examples where we have a need to combine cell with text favorite data. While the text favorite can be added within the cell itself, there are times when the cell is used without use of the text favorite. Additionally, use of civil labeler is slightly more efficient than using the place cell command.
